Unlikely

Whats more unlikely?
That people free from coercion can organise themselves on this planet to live harmoniously with each other in a sustainable manner?
OR,
That a tiny minority of people would be able to get the others to do all the work yet recieve a fraction of the benefits and, yet remain 'unable' to affect any change .
Well I know which one sounds more unlikely , and I know which one we have .
They are the same one.
To this end I suggest that anarchy would be easy
